摘要
设计一种液压升降平台,分析液压升降平台的使用要求,确定平台的运动机理图,通过计算确定平台各零部件的结构尺寸,并设计平台的液压系统图。运用NX软件参数化构建液压升降平台的零件并进行虚拟装配。对液压平台进行运动仿真,检查零件之间是否干涉并改进干涉部位的结构及尺寸。通过这种方法可提高设计效率,降低出错率。
Through analysis of requirements of hydraulic lifting platform, this paper determines the principle diagram of the movement. Calculation is used to determine the structure size of platform components. Its hydraulic system diagram is designed. NX software is used to build parameterized parts of hydraulic lifting platform for virtual assembly. Based on the movement simulation, the interference between parts is checked for improving the structure and size. This method can improve design efficiency and reduce the error rate.
