摘要
目的:探讨微创治疗对改善肝胆外科治疗效果的影响。方法:以肝胆外科腹腔镜手术对比传统开放性手术为例,对微创技术在肝胆外科的治疗效果进行分析。结果:腹腔镜手术组手术时间、术中出血量、胃肠道功能恢复时间、住院时间、并发症发生率均小于传统开放性手术,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微创治疗对改善肝胆外科治疗效果有积极意义。
Objective：To study the effect of minimally invasive treatment to improve the therapeutic effect of department of hepatobiliary surgery.Method：To analysis the treatment effect of surg gynecot in minimally invasive with laparoscopic surgery and traditional open surgery in Surg gynecot for example.Result：The time of surgery,hemorrhagic in operation,recovery time gastrointestinal,hospital stay,the ratio of complications of laparoscopic surgery in Surg gynecot was obviously lower than traditional open surgery,the differences was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：It is very significant for minimally invasive treatment to improve the therapeutic effect of department of hepatobiliary surgery.
