氰酸酯和酚醛环氧改性苯并噁嗪树脂非等温固化动力学研究 被引量:3

Curing kinetics of tri-copolymer from epoxy, cyanate esters and benzoxazine by non-isothermal DSC method

摘要 以氰酸酯和酚醛环氧树脂改性苯并噁嗪树脂,制备了一种新型三元共聚树脂体系(BOZ-M/F51/BCE),并采用非等温DSC法测量该改性树脂体系的固化过程。结果表明,随着升温速率的提高,BOZ-M/F51/BCE改性树脂体系的固化工艺窗口并未发生明显的变化;BOZ-M/F51/BCE树脂体系的平均活化能为67.2 k J/mol,反应级数为0.91;三元共聚树脂体系随着升温速率的升高,达到最大反应速率对应的温度向高温方向移动。 A novel tri-copolymer from BOZ-M/F51/BCE was prepared successfully. Curing kinetics was studied in this paper. The results show that controllable curing window change indistinctively with the increasing of heating rate. Curing kinetic parameters of BOZ-M/F51/BCE copolymer were calculated and the activation energy was 67.2 k J˙mol^-1, and reaction order is 0.91. The corresponding temperature of maximum reaction rate deviates to high temperature with increasing heating rate of tri-copolymer.
