介绍了1946-2012年期间黑龙江省乳业发展的历史演进,通过产业生命周期理论以及经济周期分析来初步界定黑龙江省乳业发展的五个历史阶段,明确了黑龙江乳业发展沿革,进而分别从原料乳生产、收购、加工到乳制品销售对每个阶段乳业发展环节进行了综述,分析了黑龙江省乳业发展的特点和成就,并预测了黑龙江省乳业未来的发展方向。
The historical evolution from 1946 to 2012 during the development of the dairy industry in Heilongjiang province was primarily introduced to define the five stages of the historical Heilongjiang dairy industry development through the life cycle theory and the economic cycle analysis. Based on that, a clear evolution of Heilongjiang dairy development was demonstrated in each stage separately. Raw milk production, acquisition, processing and sales of various aspects of dairy products were reviewed to analyze the characteristics of dairy development and achievements in Heilongjiang province, and try to predict the direction of its dairy future development.
