野生盘羊·家羊及其杂交F_1代的血液生化指标比较 被引量:2

Comparative Study on the Blood Physiological and Biochemical Indices in Wild Argali Sheep,Domestic Sheep and Their Hybrid Generation F_1

摘要 [目的]了解盘羊及其杂交后代的血液生理生化指标。[方法]对新疆野生盘羊、绵羊及其杂交F1代的血液生理指标和生化指标进行了测定与比较。[结果]盘羊及与其绵羊的杂交F1代的血红蛋白含量高于绵羊,而其碱性磷酸酶含量低于绵羊,差异极显著(P<0.01)。盘羊的红细胞总数、红细胞压积、淋巴细胞、谷丙转氨酶和钠含量高于绵羊与杂交F1代,差异极显著(P<0.01),而杂交F1代与绵羊之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。杂交F1代白细胞和粒细胞数目极显著高于野生盘羊(P<0.01),显著高于绵羊(P<0.05)。杂交F1代的血小板数目高于盘羊和绵羊,差异极显著(P<0.01)。杂交F1代的钙含量低于盘羊与绵羊,差异显著(P<0.05)。盘羊的中间细胞、总胆红素、直接胆红素和氯含量显著低于绵羊和杂交F1代,而杂交F1代与绵羊之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。绵羊、盘羊及其杂交F1代的平均红细胞体积、红细胞平均血红蛋白含量、葡萄糖、镁、磷和钾含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。[结论]该研究可为今后盘羊的杂交繁育研究提供基础数据。 [Objective] The research aimed to understand the blood physiological and biocbemical indices in Argali Sheep and their hybrids. [ Method] The blood physiological and biochemical indices in wild Argali Sheep of Xinjiang, domestic sheep and their hybrids were determined and compared. [ Result] Hemoglobin content in Argali Sheep and their hybrid generation F1 with domestic sheep was extremely significantly higher than that in domestic sheep (P 〈 0.01 ) and alkaline phosphatase(ALP) in Argali Sheep and their hybrid generation F1 was extremely significant lower than that in domestic sheep (P 〈 0.01 ). The content of RBC, PCV, LYM, ALT, Na in Argali Sheep were extremely significant higher than that in domestic sheep and their hybrid generation F1 ( P 〈 0.01 ), but these indices had no significant difference between domestic sheep and their hybrid generation F1 (P 〉0.05). WBC and granulocyte number in hybrid generation F1 were extremely significant higher than that in wild Argali Sheep (P 〈0.01 ) and significant higher than that in domestic sheep (P 〈0.05). The number of platelet in hybrid generation F1 was extremely significant higher than that in Argali Sheep and domestic sheep (P 〈0.01 ). Ca content in hybrid generation F1 was significant lower than that in Argali Sheep and domestic sheep ( P 〈 0.05 ). The contents of intermediate cells, total bilirubin, direct bilirubin and chlorine in Argali Sheep was significant lower than that in domestic sheep and their hybrid generation F~, but these indices had no significant difference between domestic sheep and their hybrid generation F1 (P 〉 0.05 ). The mean corpuscular volume, average hemoglobin content, glucose content, Mg content, P content and K content in domestic sheep, Argali Sheep and their hybrid generation F1 had no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ). [ Conclusion] The research could provide basic data for the hybridized breeding research of Argali Sheep in the future.
