摘要
通过染色体研究方法 ,首次报道了海南的核型 ,其二倍体染色体数目为 5 8,属异型性核型 ,雌性为 5 8,ZW ,雄性为 5 8,ZZ。核型对比分析表明 。
In the paper, the karyotype of Gorsachius magnificus,a extremely endangered bird species, is reported first time through the chromosomal study. The chromosomal number of diploid of Gorsachius magnificus is 58. The karyotype is 58, ZW in female, and 58, ZZ in male. The contrast analysis on karyotypes shows that Gorsachius magnificus is a more specialized species.
