摘要
目的：探讨优质护理对乙型肝炎病毒携带患者母乳喂养依从性的影响。方法：将2010年1月～2011年8月150例乙肝病毒携带患者设为对照组,将2011年9月～2013年3月150例乙肝病毒携带患者设为观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予优质护理,比较两组护理效果。结果：观察组母乳喂养率及早吸吮、早接触率高于对照组（P〈0.05）,护理服务满意度优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：优质护理可改善乙型肝炎病毒携带患者的母乳喂养依从性,提高护理服务满意度。
Objective： To investigate the effect of high quality nursing service on the compliance of breastfeeding in the patients carrying hepatitis B virus. Methods： 150 patients carrying hepatitis B virus（ HBV）（ selected from January 2010 to August 2011） were taken as the control group and other 150 patients carrying HBV（ September 2011 to March 2013） were taken as the observation group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and the patients in the observation group were provided high quality nursing service,the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results： The rate of breastfeeding,early sucking and contact was higher in the observation group than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the satisfaction of nursing care was superior in the observation group to the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The high quality nursing service can improve the compliance of breastfeeding in the patients carrying HBV and the satisfaction of nursing care as well.
