摘要
目的探究优质护理对肾功能衰竭乙肝病毒携带者血液透析期间的临床应用效果。方法选取在我院行血液透析治疗的72例肾功能衰竭乙肝病毒携带者,按照随机数字表法将其分为实验组与对照组,每组各36例。对实验组患者实施优质护理,对对照组患者实施常规护理。结果实验组患者的生活质量评分为(83.7±4.7)分,护理满意度为97.22%;对照组患者的生活质量评分为(70.2±4.1)分,护理满意度为83.33%;组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肾功能衰竭乙肝病毒携带患者接受血液透析期间,对其实施优质护理服务可提高患者的生活质量及护理满意度。
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of high quality nursing on hemodialysis patients with hepatitis B virus carriers. Methods 72 cases of hepatitis B virus carriers with renal failure were selected in our hospital and divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method, 36 cases in each group.The implementation of quality care for patients in the experimental group, patients in control group were given routine nursing care.Results The quality of life of the patients in the experimental group was （83.7 ± 4.7）, nursing satisfaction was 97.22%; In the control group, the quality of life score was （70.2 ± 4.1）, nursing satisfaction was 83.33%; The difference was statistically signiifcant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion In patients with hepatitis B virus carrying renal failure undergoing hemodialysis, to improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients with high quality nursing service.
