This paper introduces the principle of deep cryogenic treatment, the advantages ofthe deep cryogenic processing and die mold of deep cryogenic treatment process. Deepcryogenic treatment technology used in die mold manufacturing, has a broad prospect, deepcryogenic processing die mold, can improve the toughness and abrasion resistance, stable size,reduce the deformation, thus improve the service life of die mold.
