摘要
目的研究深冷处理对烤瓷冠金瓷结合力的影响。方法将10个Ni-Cr合金烤瓷试件样品,分为深冷处理组和对照组,使用平行界面剪切试验的方法,测定深冷处理组及对照组烤瓷冠样品的金瓷结合力。结果深冷处理组的剪切强度为(41.5±9)MPa,对照组剪切强度(19±3.1)MPa,两组试件金瓷结合力差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论深冷处理可以提高烤瓷冠金瓷结合强度。
Objective To investigate effects of cryotreat on bond strength of metal-porcelain. Methods Ten samples were devided into 2 groups, including the control group, the cryotreated group. The cryotreating process was firstly dropping the temperature from room temperature to - 160℃ with dropping rate of 1 ℃/min, then dropping temperature from - 160℃ to - 190℃ in 3h slowly, and maintained -190℃ for 5h,then returned to -160℃ for 9hslowly,and returned to room temperature witha rate of 0.3℃/ min . Finally all subjects＇ bond strength of metal-porcelain were measured with pull-through test at the speed of lmm/min. Results Cryotreat could increase the bond strength of metal-porcelain. Conclusion Cryotreat is an effect procedure in enhancing bond strength of metal-porcelain,and it can be applicable in prosthetic dentistry.
