摘要
采用悬振锥面选矿机对广西华锡集团大厂沙坪选厂尾矿溢流进行不同条件下的选矿试验,通过在细粒锡石的重选回收作业中加入碳酸钠后,精矿品位和精矿回收率获得大幅度提高,尾矿中的锡金属降低,重选选别细粒锡石的效果获得明显改善。试验结果分析表明,矿浆中的难免离子对细粒锡石重选具有很大影响。
The HVC concentrator to separate tailings overflow from Shaping plant of China Tin Group under different conditions was adopted. Through the addition of sodium carbonate in the gravity separation of cassiterite, the concentrate grade and recovery was improved greatly, the tin in the tailing was decreased and the gravity separation of the fine cassiterite was improved. The test results showed that the unavoidable ions in the pulp had great effect on the gravity separation of the fine cassiterite.
