摘要
天青石可用于制备碳酸锶,碳酸锶被广泛用于制造阴极射线管、电磁铁及各种锶盐,是一种十分重要的化工原料。重庆大足天青石矿嵌布粒度细,方解石含量高,为有效分离细粒天青石与方解石,采用悬振锥面选矿机对其进行重选分离,结果表明,在磨矿3.0 min、转动频率20 Hz、振动频率14 Hz的条件下,经悬振锥面选矿机分选,可将原矿品位为58.43%的天青石富集得到综合品位为79.39%、综合回收率为72.16%的天青石精矿。
Celestine is usually utilized to prepare strontium carbonate which has found wide use in the manufacture of cathode ray tubes,electromagnets and various strontium-based salts so that it is deemed as a kind of important raw material in chemical industry.The Celestine mineral was very finely disseminated in the ore sample taken from Dazu celestine mine in Chongqing and contained high calcite.In order to effectively separate the fine celestine from calcite,the suspended vibration cone concentrator was employed for the gravity separation.The results show that as the suspended vibration cone concentrator was operated under conditions:3.0 min of grinding time,20 Hz of rotation frequency and 14 Hz of vibration frequency,the celestine ore with feed grade of 58.43% can be upgraded to obtain the celestine concentrate with integrated grade of 79.39% and a recovery of 72.16%.
