摘要
目的:探讨透明质酸面部注射填充致血管并发症的治疗及护理对策。方法:对21例透明质酸面部注射填充致血管并发症的患者采用"五位一体"的治疗方法及相应的护理措施,观察治疗效果。结果:所有21例病例采用"五位一体"的治疗方法及相应的护理措施,其中6例因外院送来时出现鼻部坏死,1例在未入院时已出现右眼失明,其余14例均取得较好疗效,患者满意。结论:对透明质酸面部注射填充致血管并发症患者及时采用"五位一体"的治疗方法及相应的护理措施减少并发症的发生,取得良好疗效,患者满意。
Objectives To investigate the effectiveness of our treatment and nursing care of the vascular complications after facial injection and filling of the hyaluronic acid. Methods 21 patients with the vascular complications accompanied by facial injection and filling of hyaluronic acid were enrolled and treated with ＇Five in One＇ therapy and corresponding nursing care. The therapeutic effects were observed and evaluated. Results The ＇Five in One＇ therapy and the related nursing care were highly effective and in most of the cases （14＇in 21）, except in 6 cases with nasal necrosis transferred from other hospital and in 1 case with a blind right eye before registration in our hospital. Most of the patients also satisfied with our treatment. Conclusion The ＇Five in One＇ treatment and corresponding nursing care was therapeutic effective to vascular complications followed by facial injection and filling of hyaluronic acid. Timely application of this treatment could reduce the occurrence of the complications and satisfy the patients＇ expectation.
