摘要 09MnNiDR钢制低温球罐在MTO装置中广泛被应用,焊接接头必须具有良好的低温韧性,这就迫切需要其焊条不仅在全位置有良好的工艺性能,而且还要适应立焊位置较大热输入的焊接。对09MnNiDR钢制低温球罐用W707DRQ焊条进行应用性试验,模拟球罐制造安装焊接工艺,对焊条的焊接工艺性能进行了测试,重点研究了焊接热输入对焊缝金属低温韧性的影响。结果表明:W707DRQ焊条具有良好的焊接工艺性能,焊缝金属低温冲击韧性优良,韧脆性转变温度较低,可用于09MnNiDR钢制低温球罐建造。 Low- temperature spherical tanks made of 09 MnNiDR steel are widely used in the MTO units,and welded joints must have good low- temperature toughness,which makes electrode not only have good performance in its all- position welding process,but also adapt to the vertical position welding with high heat input.The welding performance of W707 DRQ electrode in manufacturing 09 MnNiDR steel spherical tanks were researched.The welding technological properties of the electrode were tested,and the influence of welding heat input on the low-temperature toughness of weld metal was discussed specially.The results show that;the W707 DRQ electrode has good welding performance,good low- temperature impact toughness of weld metal and low ductile- brittle transition temperature,can be used to manufacture low- temperature spherical tank of 09 MnNiDR steel.
