摘要
简要介绍了宝钢B610CF-L2与日本JFE公司JFE-HITEN610U2L调质高强钢焊接接头力学性能的对比试验。在相同的试验条件下,对两者的焊接接头进行了较全面、系统的力学性能试验及韧脆性转变温度测定。结果表明,两者焊接接头力学性能基本相当,均可满足设计温度为—50℃的2000m^3低温乙烯球罐建造。
This article briefly introduces the contrast test on the mechanical properties of welding joints of B610CF-L2 produced by Baosteel and JFE-HITEN610U2L steel produced by Japan JFE Company.Comprehensive and systematic mechanical properties test and ductile-brittle transition temperature measurement are carried out on both kinds of welding joints under the same experimental conditions.And the results show that the mechanical properties of both welding joints are almost the same.They both meet the need of construction of 2000 m^3 cryogenic ethylene spherical tank with the design temperature of -50℃.
