摘要
为了了解长沙市小学生心理健康教育现状,通过随机抽样的方法在蓉园小学和梅溪湖实验小学采用MHT量表对264名小学生的心理健康状况进行了调查,结果表明:长沙市小学生心理问题主要有学习焦虑、身体症状,在男女性别上恐怖倾向存在差异,需要引起学校、家庭、社会的广泛关注;而其他方面的具体心理问题不显著,年级方面也不存在差异。对此,学校应针对本校学生心理健康状况开发心理校本课程,与家长、社会共同维护学生心理健康。
A research was carried out in Rongyuan Primary School and Meixihu Experimental Primary School with MHT scale to investigate the mental health status of 264 primary school students using random sampling in order to get the mental health education status of primary school students in Changsha City. The results show that the major mental problems are learning anxiety, body symptom, panic tendency on gender difference, which needs the extensive concern of the school, family and society, and that mental health problems in the other aspects are not obvious and differences do not exist in different grades. Therefore, schools should develop school-based curriculum on mental health to keep the students' mental health with the effort of parents and the whole society.
