高校体育“慕课”的设计原则与步骤研究 被引量:40

摘要 "慕课"因覆盖人群广、开放性强、访问便利和课程内容组织方式精巧等特点,被誉为撬动教育变革的支点,在我国多个学科门类的教学中广泛应用。在分析"慕课"特点及其与高校体育课程相通点的基础上,提出高校体育"慕课"设计应遵循视频时长10分钟左右、以初学者为主要教学对象、教材展示数字化、知识技能点的选择与排列兼顾灵活性与系统性、反馈测试内容设计具有可操作性和互动方式高效便捷等主要原则,同时提供了制作高校体育"慕课"的基本步骤,以促进"慕课"这一在线课程形式在高校体育教学中的应用。 MOOC is known as a new reform of education because of its characteristics like wide coverage, strong openness, convenient access and the elaborate organization of the curriculum, which can be applied widely in lots of subjects in China. Based on the analysis of the characteristics and the similarities between MOOC and university sports, the paper puts forword the main principles as follows:the video duration is about 10 minutes,the main teaching object are beginners, digitalization of the teaching materials, flexibility and systematization of the selection and arranement the knowledge points and the skill points,operable design of the test and feedback, and efficient and convenient interaction. The paper also suggests the basic steps for the university sports MOOC so as to promote the application of MOOC in university sports teaching.
