摘要
采用正交试验设计方法对铝合金进行铣削试验,测得了不同切削用量情况下硬质合金铣刀的铣削力。运用方差分析法确定了主轴转速、轴向切深、径向切深、进给速度等切削参数对切削力的影响程度,并对切屑进行了金相分析。这为设计刀具和选择切削用量提供了借鉴。
The orthogonal experimental design method for milling aluminum experiment had measured under different circumstances carbide cutting milling cutter force. Variance analysis method to determine the spindle speed, axial depth of cut, radial depth of cut and feed rate cutting parameters such as the degree of influence on the cutting force, and the chips were metallurgical analysis tool for the design and selection of cutting parameters provided basis.
