7075铝合金偏心薄壁件高速车削加工应用方法研究

摘要 针对偏心薄壁件的高速车削加工方法开展了相关研究,设计了高精度的专用偏心夹具,实现了对偏心薄壁件提供均匀的夹持力,提高了工件的偏心精度和装夹效率。以PCD刀具为切削工具,7075铝合金为切削对象,通过设计正交试验法,验证了在高速切削环境下,合理的进给量对表面质量的提升至关重要,进给量和背吃刀量是增加切削力的主要因素,切削速度对切削力和表面粗糙度影响较小,适当提高刀尖圆角半径可降低工件的粗糙度。 Aiming at the high-speed turning machining method of eccentric thin-walled parts,a high-precision special eccentric fixture is designed to provide uniform clamping force for eccentric thin-walled parts,which improves the eccentricity and clamping efficiency of the workpiece.With the PCD tool as the cutting tool and the 7075 aluminum alloy as the cutting object,the orthogonal test method is designed to verify that the reasonable feed rate is critical to the surface quality improvement in high-speed cutting environments.The feed rate and depth of cut are the main factors for increasing cutting force.The cutting speed has little effect on the cutting force and surface roughness.Properly increasing the radius of the tool fillet can reduce the roughness of the workpiece.
