摘要
分别用50%的乙醇和70%的丙酮对酒花超临界CO2萃余物(废酒花)中原花青素进行提取,并通过正丁醇-盐酸法测定提取物中原花青素的含量。结果表明,用有机溶剂可以将原花青素从废酒花中提取出来,50%乙醇对废酒花中原花青素的提取量为45.36 mg/g,70%丙酮对废酒花中原花青素的提取量为21.94 mg/g,50%乙醇对废酒花中原花青素的提取量明显大于70%丙酮。
Use 50% ethanol and 70% acetone aqueous extracted proanthocyandins from hops supercritical CO2 extraction residue (waste hop) and through the n-butyl alcohol-hydrochloric acid method for determining the content of anthocyanin extracts of central plains. The results showe that anthocyanins can be extracted from the original waste hops out with organic solvents. 50% ethanol to extract the amount of waste proanthocyandins hops for 45.36 mg/g and 70% acetone extraction amount spent hops proanthocyandins for 21.94 mg/g. 50% ethanol of waste hops extract of procyanidins was significantly greater than the amount of 70% acetone.
