摘要
目的:筛选葎草体外抗结核分枝杆菌有效部位,为其资源的开发利用奠定基础。方法:采用系统溶剂法分离葎草中不同极性的提取部位,用直接浸泡法观察其对结核杆菌标准菌株H37RV的抗菌作用,并采用试管倍比稀释法测定葎草不同极性提取部位的最低抗菌浓度。结果:葎草乙酸乙酯部位对结核杆菌标准菌株H37RV有较明显的抗菌作用,其最低抗菌浓度为31.25mg.mL-1。结论:葎草乙酸乙酯提取部位对结核杆菌具有较明显的抗菌作用,为进一步的成分研究及药材资源利用提供了参考依据。
Objective:To detect the activity of different extracts from Herba Humuli Scandens on mycobacterium tuberculosis and find out the active component;to lay the foundation for the resources development and utilization.Method:Different extracts were separated by systematic solvent method.The observation was taken on the activity on mycobacterium tuberculosis by direct immersion.MIC of the extracts was measured by means of double dilution.Result:The Ethyl acetate extracts had an obvious antibacterial activity on H37RV.MIC of the extract was 31.25 mg·mL-1.Conclusion:The extracts of Herba Humuli Scandens have an obvious antimicrobial activity.The results provide a basis for the further separation and resources utilization.
