摘要
在安全气囊计算机仿真理论的基础上,利用汽车碰撞安全模拟软件MADYMO建立起安全气囊静态起爆以及动态冲击模型,模型中包括方向盘、安全气囊、饰盖、冲击器等。进行仿真试验,主要是根据安全气囊在展开时或者展开后与冲击器等物体相互接触碰撞时气袋内部压力,以及冲击器碰撞速度、加速度等参数的变化曲线,进而根据模型的仿真结果检验安全气囊模型的可靠性。
On the basis of the theory of computer simulation,Amodel of simulating the blasting test and dynamic loads test of Airbag was established by the MADYMO simulation software for automobile collision security,which includes steering wheel,airbag,abdeckkappe,concussion implement etc.The acceleration and veloeity of the impacting concussion implement and airbag Pressure history during the even are recorded to validate the reliability of the model.
