摘要
提出了一种测试汽车安全气囊工作性能的试验方法,旨在提供一种汽车安全气囊工作性能仿真的试验验证手段。采用自行设计和制造的气囊碰撞试验台架及其他相应的试验装置,进行气囊碰撞试验,主要测量气囊展开后或展开中与人体及其他物体相互碰撞时气囊内部气压、碰撞速度、加速度等参数的变化曲线,从而检验汽车安全气囊工作性能仿真结果的正确性。使用这种试验技术与装置检验了运用 MADYMO 系统计算的一个典型气囊充气展开碰撞的计算结果。
An experimental method used to validate the computer simulation of working performance of auto airbag. In this experiment, a rigid ball is set free with a given initial velocity to impact a fixed deployed airbag. The acceleration and velocity of the impacting ball and airbag pressure history during the event are recorded to validate the simulation results. The devices relevant to this experiment are designed and manufactured by single-hand. As an example, a classical computer model in MADYMO is validated with this experiment method.
