摘要
针对海冰对海水管道的冲蚀磨损问题,利用fluent中的湍流模型、离散相模型、冲蚀磨损模型对水平直管和90°弯管进行冰水两相流数值模拟,分析在不同水流流速、颗粒质量流量、颗粒直径、冲蚀角度条件下管道的磨损特性。计算结果表明,冰颗粒质量流量增加使直管和弯管磨损增大;随着颗粒直径的增加,直管的磨损增大,弯管的磨损减小;弯管磨损最严重的位置发生在弯管转角处和下游管路的壁面处,而水平直管的上下部均有磨损。
For ice seawater piping erosion problems,the discrete phase model,turbulence model,numerical simulation model are used to simulate erosion corrosion wear of the straight horizontal and 90 degrees elbow,and the wear characteristics of pipelines at different flow velocity,particle mass flow,particle diameter and pipe erosion angle are analyzed.The calculation results show that the wear of the straight pipe and bends increase as the particle mass flow increase.With the increasing particle diameter,the wear of the straight pipe increase,but the wear of the bends decrease.The most serious wear position occurs at the bend corner and the downstream pipeline wall,and there is also wear at both the upper and lower portions of the straight pipe.
