水膜技术在弯管处流动特性的数值模拟 被引量:2

摘要 在超稠油输送过程中常常涉及到不同倾角的弯管流动问题,弯管内的流场由于受到弯管曲率的影响,较直管的流场复杂。其流场往往存在速度偏转和压力畸变,不仅造成能量的损失,而且对水膜面的稳定形成造成一定的影响。运用CFD软件,分别对水膜面通过45°和90°弯管工况下的流场进行了模拟。经过分析确定,采用水膜输送技术时在该工况下应选择90°弯管来提高管线高程。通过CFD软件进行模拟,可优化运行参数,对实际运行具有一定的理论指导意义。 Often involving the problem of the flow in different angle elbow pipe on the process of water film lubricated transport of super heavy oil,the flow fielde is more complex in elbow tube than in straight one due to the effects of bend curvature.There is speed of deflection and pressure distortion in its flow field,which not only causes loss of energy,but also hase an influence on the stability of water film.CFD software was used to do numerical simulation based on the water film though different conditions of 45° elbow and 90° elbow,after analysis to determine 90° elbow should be selected to increase the line height under this condition.The study provide a guidance to the actual operation and can optimize operating parameters by CFD simulation software.
