冠状动脉介入术后常见并发症的临床分析与护理 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨冠状动脉介入术后常见并发症的发生情况及护理效果。方法对我院近年来收治的188例行冠状动脉介入治疗的患者进行调查，根据所采用的穿刺路径不同，对手术后出现的并发症分别进行统计，以及对所采取的护理措施进行评价。结果患者术后的并发症主要为心律失常、血管迷走神经反射、出血和尿潴留等，而经不同路径穿刺术后并发症的发生率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。所有患者经过相关处理后全部康复。结论应加强预防冠状动脉介入术后并发症的发生，对于已发生的并发症要做好及时有效的护理，以提高患者预后和生活质量。
