摘要
目的探讨冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CAHD)患者血电解质紊乱的特点及其与CAHD危险因素的相关性。方法 474例疑似CAHD患者根据冠状动脉造影结果分为CAHD组278例和对照组196例(无冠状动脉粥样硬化改变),对比2组患者血Na+、K+、Ca2+和Mg2+水平,分析CAHD组患者血Na+、K+、Ca2+和Mg2+水平与CAHD易患因素的相关性。结果 CAHD组患者血Na+和Ca2+水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01),血K+和Mg2+水平显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。CAHD组患者CAHD易患因素发生率显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。CAHD患者的血Na+和Ca2+水平与高血压呈正相关(P<0.05),血K+和Mg2+水平与高血压呈负相关(P<0.05);CAHD患者的血Na+、K+和Ca2+水平与糖尿病呈负相关(P<0.05),血Mg2+水平与糖尿病呈正相关(P<0.05);血Na+、K+和Ca2+水平与血脂异常呈正相关(P<0.05),血Mg2+水平与血脂异常呈负相关(P<0.05);血Na+、K+、Ca2+和Mg2+水平与高血压并发糖尿病均呈正相关(P<0.05);血Na+、K+和Ca2+水平与高血压并发血脂异常呈正相关(P<0.05),血Mg2+水平与高血压并发血脂异常呈负相关(P<0.05);血Na+、K+、Ca2+和Mg2+水平与糖尿病并发血脂异常均呈正相关(P<0.05);血Na+、K+、Ca2+和Mg2+水平与高血压并发糖尿病和血脂异常呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论 CAHD患者存在电解质紊乱,CAHD患者电解质紊乱与CAHD易患因素有相关性。
Objective To explore the clinical feature of electrolyte disturbances and the association between electrolyte disturbances and the risk factors for patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (CAHD). Methods A total of 474 pa- tients with suspected CAHD were divided into CAHD group( n = 278 ) and control group( 196 patients without CAHD) accord- ing to the results of coronary arteriongraphy. The levels of serum Na ^+ , K ^+ , Ca2 + and Mg2+ were compared between the two groups ;the associations of serum Na ^+ , K ^+ , Ca2 ^+ and Mg2 ^+ levels and the risk factors for CAHD were analyzed. Results Compared with control group ,the levels of serum Na ^+ and Ca2+ in CAHD group were significantly higher( P 〈 0.01 ) ,but the levels of serum K + and Mg2^+ in CAHD group were significantly lower( P 〈 0.01 ). The risk factors incidences in CAHD group were significantly higher than those in control group ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). The serum Na + and Ca2 + levels were positively correlated to hypertension in patients with CAHD( P 〈 0.05 ) , the serum K + and Mg2 + levels were negatively correlated to hy- pertension in patients with CAHD (P 〈 0. 05 ). The serum Na + , K ^+ and Ca2+ levels were negatively correlated to diabetes in patients with CAHD( P 〈 0.05 ), but the serum Mg^2+ level was positively correlated to diabetes in patients with CAHD (P 〈 0. 05). The serum Na^+ ,K^+ and Ca^2+ levels were positively correlated to dyslipidemia(P 〈0.05) ;but the serum Mg^2+ level was negatively correlated to dyslipidemia( P 〈 0.05 ). The serum Na ^+ , K + , Ca^2+ and Mg^2+ levels were positively correlated to hypertension combined with diabetes( P 〈 0.05 ). The serum Na + , K ^+ and Ca^2+ levels were positively correlated to hyperten- sion combined with dyslipidemia( P 〈 0.05 ) ; but the serum Mg: + level was negatively correlated to hypertension combined with dyslipidemia (P 〈 0.05 ). The serum Na^ + , K^ + , Ca^2+ and Mg^2+ levels were positively correlated to diabetes combined with dyslipidemia( P 〈 0.05 ). The serum Na ^+ , K^ + , Ca^2+ and Mg^2+ levels were positively correlated to hypertension combined with di- abetes and dyslipidemia(P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Electrolyte disturbances may exist in patients with CAHD, the electrolyte disturbances is related to the risk factors for CAHD.
