摘要
[目的]观察复方大承气汤灌肠结合皮硝外敷治疗单纯性肠梗阻的临床疗效。[方法]收集2008年6月1日～2013年5月31日的单纯性肠梗阻住院患者,符合单纯性肠梗阻诊断除外排除标准者,共52例。采用复方大承气汤灌肠＋皮硝外敷局部治疗及营养支持治疗。根据疗效标准分别在治疗后24h、3d、7d及13d评估治疗结果,统计痊愈、显效、有效及无效病例。[结果]痊愈25例,痊愈率48.1%;显效21例,显效率40.4%;有效4例,有效率7.7%;无效2例,无效率3.8%。总有效率96.2%。24h缓解2例,占4.35%;3d内缓解21例,占45.65%,4～7d缓解17例,占36.96%;8～13d缓解6例,占13.04%。[结论]复方大承气汤结合皮硝外敷对部分单纯性肠梗阻具有较好的临床疗效,能减轻患者经济负担,值得临床推广。
[Objective]To observe the clinical effect of potent purgative decoction with additions enema combined with Glauber＇s salt applied topically in the treatment of simple intestinal obstruction.[Methods]A total of 52 hospitalized patients diagnosed as simple intestinal obstruction were collected and treated with potent purgative decoction with additions enema combined with Glauber＇s salt applied topically and nutrition support treatment.According to the standard of curative effect,therapeutic outcome,number of cured,markedly effective,effective and ineffective cases were evaluated 24 hours,3days,7days and 13 days after the treatment.[Results]Twenty-five cases were cured,and the cure rate was 48.1%;21cases were markedly effective,and the effective rate was 40.4%;4cases were effective,and the effective rate was7.7%;2cases were ineffective,and the invalid rate was 3.8%.The total effective rate was 96.2%.24 hours of remission in 2cases,accounting for 4.35%;3days of remission in 21 cases,accounting for 45.65%;4～7days of remission in 17 cases,accounting for 36.96%;6cases of 8～13days remission,accounting for13.04%.[Conclusion]Potent purgative decoction with additions enema combined with Glauber＇s salt applied topically in the treatment of simple intestinal obstruction had good curative effect,relieving the economic burden of the patients,which was worthy of clinical promotion.
