摘要
以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)和1,6-己二异氰酸酯(HDI)为硬段,聚酯二元醇(N-56)为软段制备了一种PVC人造革用水性聚氨酯(WPU)贴合胶。研究了异氰酸酯中HDI摩尔百分数、异氰酸根指数(R值)和后扩链剂种类对剥离强度的影响,用FT-IR、TG对聚合物的结构和热稳定性进行了测试。结果表明:随着HDI摩尔百分数的增加,贴合强度先增强后减弱;当HDI摩尔百分数为40%,n(-NCO)/n(-OH)=1.7,用异佛尔酮二胺(IPDA)扩链时,WPU剥离强度达到38N·25mm^(-1);将WPU应用于PVC人造革生产线贴合工段,WPU对聚酯材料基布剥离强度达到30N·25mm^(-1)以上。
a series of waterborne polyurethane(WPU) binders were prepared with toluene diisocyanate(TDI) and 1,6- diisocyanatohexane(HDI) as hard segments,polyester polyol(N- 56) as soft segments.The effects of mole ratios of HDI,isocyanate index(R) and the kinds of post chain extenders on peel strength were studied.The structure and thermostability of WPU were investigated by FT- IR and TG.The results indicate that the peel strength first rises rapidly and then decline slowly with the increase of the mole ratios of HDI.With 40%of HDI,n(—NCO)/n(—OH) = 1.7 and isophorondiamine as post chain extender,the peel strength can reach 38 N · 25mm-1.The application test on production line indicates that the peel strength of WPU to polyester base textiles is above 30 N · 25 mm-1.
