PPC基水性聚氨酯的制备及其在半PU合成革中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 以聚碳酸亚丙酯多元醇(PPC)、异佛尔酮异氰酸酯(IPDI)、1,6-己二醇(HDO)和二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为起始原料,三乙胺(TEA)为中和剂,三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)和环氧树脂(E-44)为交联改性剂,乙二胺(EDA)为后扩链剂,合成了固含量为35%的水性聚氨酯,并用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、激光粒度仪、拉力试验机对产物进行了测试。结果表明:当(n(—NCO)/n(—OH))=1.5,DMPA含量5.8%,E-44含量4%,TMP含量2%,乙二胺扩链度20%时,所得涂膜的100%模量为6.4MPa,拉伸强度36.8MPa,断裂伸长率630%,吸水率9.8%。乳液应用于半PU合成革面层时,制品耐磨超过2.6万次、低温耐折牢度超过3万次、表面色牢度干湿擦等级为4~5/4,恒温恒湿(温度70℃、相对湿度95%)7d后力学性能无明显下降。 Poly (propylene carbonate) based waterborne polyurethane (PPC-WPU) with 35% solid content was prepared with poly (propylene carbonate) polyols (PPC),isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI),1,6-Hexan-ediol (HDO) and dihydroxy methyl propionic acid (DMPA) as main initial materials,triethylamine(TEA) as neutralizing agent,ethylenediamine (EDA) as further chain extender,trimethylolpropane (TMP) and epoxy resin (E-44) as cross-linking modification agents.Then PPC-WPU was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FT -IR),laser particle analyzer and universal testing machine.The results show that when the molar ratio of n (-NCO)/n(-OH) is 1.5,w(DMPA)=5.8%,w(E-44)=4%,w(TMP)=2%,and the degree of EDA chain extender is 20%,the 100% modulus of the obtained films is 6.4Mpa,the tensile strength is 36.8MPa,the elongation at break is 630%,and the water absorptivity of PPC-WPU films is 9.8%.When PPC-WPU is applied in semi-PU synthetic leather surface layer,the abrasion resistance of resultant leather is more than 26 000times,low temperature folding resistance is more than 30 000times and color fastness to dry-wet rubbing grade is 4 ~ 5/4.No significant decline in mechanical properties can be observed after 7-day constant-temperature-and-humidity test at 70℃ with 95% Relative humidity (RH).
