摘要
目的研究分析躯体疾病引起精神障碍患者的临床诊断,为临床诊断提供参考。方法根据我院接收的100例因躯体疾病而引起的精神障碍患者进行研究分析,对他们接收诊断和治疗的资料进行探讨。结果躯体疾病引起的精神障碍临床中比较复杂,患者因心肺脏器受损导致意识障碍的相关报道比较少,以不典型情绪障碍比较多。结论临床中患者的精神症状如果缺乏典型性,应该要对患者的病史、检查、诊断、躯体疾病等进行综合性的考虑,提升早期诊断准确率,为患者提供及时有效的诊断和治疗,避免患者出现情绪障碍。
Objective To study the clinical diagnosis of mental disorders caused by somatic diseases, and provide reference for clinic. Methods 100 cases of patients with mental disorder caused by somatic diseases in our hospital were included in this study. We discussed the diagnosis and treatment of the patients. Results It was complexity for the clinical mental disorders caused by somatic diseases. And the reports on the disturbance of consciousness caused by the heart and lung damage is few. Most of the emotional disorder was not typical. Conclusion For the non-typical mental disorders patients, we should comprehensively considered the history, examination, diagnosis and body diseases to improve the accuracy rate of early diagnostic, and to provide timely and effective diagnosis and treatment for patients, and to avoid the emotional disorders of the patients.
