用单个开关管实现1000W感应耦合式电能传输

摘要 针对传统半桥或全桥逆变式感应耦合电能传输系统具有主电路及控制电路复杂等特点,提出了一种单管感应耦合电能传输系统,该系统可以实现零电压开通和零电压关断,且在两种开关状态下都能实现电能由感应线圈原边向副边传递。建立了该系统的等效电路模型,对其进行了谐振分析,得出了实现零电压开通的理论临界条件,给出了调频控制方法的流程图。实验结果验证了方案的正确性。 The traditional full-bridge or half-bridge inverter used in ICPT system has complex main and control circuits.To address these issues,this paper presents a single switch inductively coupled power transmission system.It can not only realize zero voltage turn-on and zero voltage turn-off,but also can transfer power no matter the switch is on or off.The equivalent circuit of the system is established.And the resonant analysis model is derived which further give the critical conditions to achieve zero voltage switching.The PFM control method and its flow chart are given.Finally the correctness of the design is verified by experiment.
