摘要
介绍了谐振型软开关逆变电路的原理,对谐振软开关逆变电路进行了建模,分析了其起振问题,得出在电路起振瞬间,谐振电容两端电压存在过零点时电路才能正常起振的结论。通过瞬间注入电流的方法解决了逆变电路的软开关起振问题,并理论计算出电流注入时间。最后通过仿真与实验验证了该方法的可行性。
The general structure of soft-switching resonant converter is proposed and the model of soft-switching resonant converter is made.Then the start-up problem of soft-switching resonant converter is analyzed and a conclusion of the converter's start-up on condition that resonant capacitor's having zero crossing is given.A method of imposing instant impulse to the circuit is presented,which solves the converter's start-up,and the current injection time is presented through the theoretical calculated.The simulation and experimental results verify the feasibility of the method.
