摘要
目的：探讨甲状腺癌术后患者并发症的护理方法。方法：选取我院收治的100例甲状腺癌手术患者，对并发症进行针对性的护理，观察患者并发症的治愈情况。结果：在此次调查中，术后呼吸困难患者共5例、低钙血症患者共4例、出血患者共4例、喉返神经损伤患者共4例，其不良反应发生率为17%。经过护理后，患者的并发症均得到缓解。结论：对甲状腺癌术后患者进行相关的临床护理，可有效帮助患者缓解并发症，并促进患者的康复。
Objective：To explore the nursing strategy of thyroid cancer postoperative complications. Methods：100 cases of thyroid cancer patients were given targeted nursing according to different complications. The treatment condition complications were observed. Results：Over the investigation, 5 expiratory dyspneas, 4 hypocalcaemia, 4 hemorrhage, and 4 recurrent laryngeal nerve injury occurred, the overall complication rates was 17%. With appropriate nursing, all patients were recovered well. Conclusions：Appropriate nursing strategy could effectively relieve the complications, promote the recovery.
