恶性肿瘤患者血清VEGF、IL-8水平与化疗疗效关系的研究 被引量:2

The Investigation of Relationship Between Chemotherapeutic Response and Changes of Serum Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor and Interleukin-8 in Patients with Malignant Tumor

摘要 探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、白介素-8(IL-8)水平与恶性肿瘤临床分期、组织学分型等因素及化疗近期疗效之间的关系。采用定量ELISA方法分别检测53例恶性肿瘤患者化疗前血清VEGF与IL-8水平,其中25例经正规化疗后复查上述指标;10例对照为健康志愿者;同期还有CEA、CA125及CYFRA21-1或CEA及CA19-9两种肿瘤标志物组合检测。恶性肿瘤组化疗前血清VEGF及IL-8含量均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),且随临床分期的进展而上升,但与肿瘤组织学类型及性别无明显相关性。化疗后血清VEGF及IL-8均显著下降(P<0.01)。VEGFI、L-8诊断肿瘤的阳性率高于瘤标组合并随临床分期进展而上升,联合检测可提高阳性率。VEGF和IL-8是肿瘤的发生、发展和转移的有效生物学指标。动态检测VEGF和IL-8化疗前后浓度变化能在一定程度上反映化疗近期疗效,可为临床选择治疗措施及判断预后提供有效帮助。 To investigate the relationship between the changes of the serum vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), interleukin-8 (IL-8) and staging, differentiation and chemotherapeutic response in patients with malignant tumor, the serum VEGF, IL-8 levels and two tumor mark combination (CEA, CA125 and CYFRA21-1 or CEA and CA199) were measured by ELISA in 53 patients with malignant tumor before chemotherapy. The serum VEGF and IL-8 levels were measured again in 25 patients after chemotherapy and 10 healthy controls. The results showed that the serum VEGF and IL-8 levels in cancer patients before chemotherapy were significantly higher than those in controls. Moreover, they were significantly increased in stage Ⅳ patients compared with stage Ⅱ and stage Ⅲpatients, but there is no correlation with the differentiation and sex. The positive rates in diagnosing carcinoma with serum VEGF and IL-8 level were higher than those with tumor mark combination, while the positive rate can be increased by measuring serum VEGF, IL-8 and tumor mark combination together. The serum VEGF and IL-8 levels were useful biological marks in the diagnosis of recurrence and metastasis. The changes of serum VEGF and IL-8 levels in patients before and after chemotherapy can reflect the therapeutic effect and may be useful in clinical decision and predicting prognosis.
