摘要
劳资群体性事件影响和谐劳动关系的构建。中外学者们从改革利益冲突、新的阶级形成等方面解释了我国农民工劳资群体性事件的原因。新生代农民工劳资群体性事件引起政府对工会工作的重视,需要进行工会改革、改变当前劳动关系的模式,从法律法规等制度上积极预防劳资群体性事件的发生。要结合新生代农民工群体的特殊性,从微观角度进行研究,以期为解决此类群体性事件提供理论依据。
Labor group events have impacted the construction of harmonious labor relations. The scholars explains the migrant workers labor group events in China from the aspects of the reform of conflicts of interest, new class formation, social psychology, social structure and so on. The migrant workers labor group events caused the government' s emphasis on trade union work. To prevent such events, we should change the current labor relations mode and the system of labor and regulations. In order to solve the group events, the late study can from the microscopic view, combine the particularity of the migrant workers, and then provide theoretical basis.
