摘要
目的了解广州地区医学生的家庭功能状况,分析其主要相关因素,为制定医学生干预策略提供依据。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法,运用APGAR家庭功能量表对广州医科大学1200名在校医学生进行自填问卷调查,探讨广州地区医学生家庭功能状况及其相关因素。结果医学生的家庭功能的总得分为7.000±2.408,居住在城市的医学生(总得分7.340±2.307)、父亲学历为高中及中专或以上的医学生(总得分7.320±2.277)、家庭经济状况很好的医学生(总得分8.100±2.249)、自评家庭成员间总体关系很好的医学生(总得分7.730±2.045)的家庭功能总分较高,不同家庭居住地的医学生家庭功能之间的差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05),经相关分析,得出家庭居住地、家庭经济状况、父亲学历、父亲职业及家庭成员总体关系与家庭功能均有相关性(r父亲学历=0.148、r居住地=-0.133、r父亲职业=-0.134、r自评过去2学期的学习成绩=-0.123、r兄弟姐妹的情况=-0.089、r自评家庭经济状况=-0.236)。结论广州市医学生家庭功能完好,他们的家庭功能与家庭居住地、家庭经济状况、父亲学历、父亲职业及家庭成员总体关系等因素相关。
Objective To survey the status of family functioning among the medical students in Guangzhou,identify the relevant factors,and provide basis for drafting the intervention strategy among medical students. Methods Total 1200 college students in Guangzhou Medical University were selected by using stratified random sampling,the self-reported survey with family APGAR questionnaire was carried among them. The status of family functioning among the medical students and its relevant factors were analyzed. Results The total family functioning score of the medical students was7. 000 ± 2. 408,in which the score of students from urban areas was（ 7. 340 ± 2. 307）,of students whose father had an education background of high school or technical secondary school or above was（ 7. 320 ± 2. 277）,of students with a better family economic conditions was（ 8. 100 ± 2. 249）,and of students whose satisfaction with family members was good was（ 7. 730 ± 2. 045）. The univariate analysis showed that the difference in the score of family functioning was significant between the students from urban areas and from rural areas（ P 0. 05）. The correlation analysis shows that the family functioning was related to family residence,family economic status,the education background and occupation of their father,and satisfaction with family members（ Pfather= 0. 148,rplace of residence=- 0. 133）,rfather＇s occupation=- 0. 134,rself-evaluation in the past two semester=- 0. 123,rbrothers and sisters=- 0. 089,rself-reported family economic conditions=- 0. 236）. Conclusion The family functioning of medical students in Guangzhou is in a good condition. The family functioning was related to family residence,family economic status,the education background and occupation of their father,and satisfaction with family members.
