摘要
目的探讨持续负压封闭引流技术(VSD)治疗难愈性创面的临床效果。方法难愈性创面患者41例,在全身治疗的基础上,结合简单手术修复和VSD治疗。观察疗效。结果 VSD治疗的41例创面均痊愈,合并症因创面迅速愈合而有效控制。结论负压封闭引流技术治疗难愈性创面,可促进炎症消退,刺激肉芽生长,简化二期手术,缩短病程,减轻换药的痛苦,减少医务人员的工作量。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of vacuum sealing drainage （VSD） in the treatment of refractory wound. Methods There were 41 patients with refractory wound, and they received integrated simple operation repair and VSD treatment in addition to systemic treatment. Curative effects were observed. Results All the 41 cases under VSD treatment were cured, and the complications were effectively restrained due to rapid wound healing. Conclusion VSD in treating refractory wound can promote inflammation.disappearance, stimulate the growth of granulation, simplify the next phase of operation, shorten the treatment time, and reduce the pain of the switching and the time of the wound dressing.
