摘要
文章从协同学视角对教师群体的专业发展进行研究,分析当前教师专业发展的背景和内涵,提出教师群体专业发展的策略,以期提高教师教学能力和教学质量,为学生的良性发展与健康成长提供保障。
The paper studies the teachers' group professional development on the perspective of synergetics. In order to improve teaching ability and teaching quality and ensure the benign development and healthy growth of students, it analyzes the background and connotation of teachers' professional development and puts forward the strategies of the teachers' professional development.
