二羟乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锑配合物的合成、晶体结构及抑菌活性

Syntheses,crystal structures and antibacterial activities of bis( 2-hydroxyethyl)dithiocarbamate antimony complex

摘要 合成了二羟乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锑{Sb(Ⅲ)[S2CN(CH2CH2OH)2]3}配合物.通过元素分析、红外光谱、1H NMR和热重对其进行表征,并用X-射线单晶衍射测定了晶体结构.配合物属于三斜晶系,P1空间群.晶胞参数为:a=0.9942(4)nm,b=1.1036(4)nm,c=1.2445(5)nm,α=104.317(5)°,β=105.208(5)°,γ=94.025(6)°,Z=2,V=1.2633(9)nm3,Dc=1.742 g·cm-3,F(000)=672,μ=1.624 mm-1,最终偏离因子R1=0.0243,WR2=0.0628,S=1.031;配合物的中心锑离子与来自3个配体中的6个硫原子配位,形成6配位的畸变的五角锥构型,分子之间又通过氢键相互作用构成三维网状结构.利用琼脂扩散法测试了配合物的抑菌活性,结果表明该配合物对5种受试菌株有中等强度的抑菌活性. A novel complex {Sb( 111 )[S2CN(CH2CH2OH) 2 ]3} are synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR, TG and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. Complex belongs to triclinic system, a = 0. 9942 (4), b=l. 1036(4), c=1.2445(5) nm, α =104. 317(5)°, β=105.208(5)°, y=94.025(6)°, Z=2, V=1.2633(9) nm3 D =1.742 g· cm^-3 F(000) =672 μ=1.624 mm-1 the finalR1 =0.0243, WR2 = 0. 0628 and S = 1. 031. The coordinated geometry of the central Sb ( Ⅲ ) with six sulfur atoms from three ligands is the distorted pentagonal pyramid configuration. The three-dimensional network structure is formed by the be- tween molecules of the hydrogen bond to the pass. The complex are valued for their antimicrobial activities by agar diffusion method. It is found that the complex to be moderate intensity the five test bacterial organisms.
