摘要 高精度的DA电路在电路系统中具有重要的作用,微纳驱动控制领域,压电陶瓷驱动电路中前级数模转换电路的精度对整个系统的性能有显著的影响。详细阐述了高精度数模转换系统设计、实现及测试的全过程。首先,对硬件系统进行详细的设计,这些设计主要是针对低噪声的需求而展开;其次,以DA芯片PCM1702的串行接口为例,详细的阐述了使用GPIO模拟芯片串行接口的设计理念,并通过实际编程予以实现;最后,使用HP2458a万用表对设计的系统进行测试,以检测系统的性能。测试表明,设计的系统输出电压纹波为130μV,输出电压分辨率为100μV,该设计结果满足系统在低噪声系统中的应用。 The high precision DA circuit plays an important role in the circuit system, in the field of micro and nano driver control, the precision of digital to analog conversion in former level has a significant effect on the whole performance of the piezoelectric ceramic driver system. This paper described the whole detailed process of design, implementation and testing of high precision digital to analog conversion system. Firstly, the hardware of system is detailed designed, which is mainly aimed at the low noise. Secondly, making the serial interface of the DA convert PCM1702 as an example, the design idea of using GPIO to driver serial interface is detailed introduced, and the design idea is realized by programming. At last, HP2458a multimeter is applied to test the performance of the system. The test proved that the output voltage ripple is 130 μV and output voltage resolution of the system is 100μV, the design results satisfy application in low noise system.
