摘要 选择时差法超声波流量计为研究对象,以其包络超声波信号为基础研究信号处理方法,进一步提高时差法超声波流量计的测量精准度和稳定度。针对超声波流量计信号的特点,提出了双阈值法,利用此方法进行信号畸形与否的判断,再在良好的信号基础上进行流速流量计算。利用双阈值进行5个时间点的采集,同时采集过高阈值的脉冲个数,通过这些条件进行信号判断,满足指定条件的将再此基础上,按照指定的标准进行流速流量计算。实验验证证明该方法提高了流量计的测量精度和稳定度。 The paper regards the time-difference ultrasonic flow-meter as research object, and researches on signal processing method based on its envelope ultrasonic signal, in order to improve the precision and stability of the time- difference ultrasonic flow-meter. Based on the characteristics of the ultrasonic flow meter, the dual-threshold method which is used to judge the signal abnormalities or not, then in good signal calculate flow rate is proposed. Firstly acquire the time of 5 points of double thresholds method, simultaneous number of pulses of high threshold, and calculate the flow rate according to specified criteria. At last the experiment proves that through the method the precision and stability of the ultrasonic flow-meter are improved.
