摘要
目的探讨主动脉弓与动脉导管弓夹角正常值,为胎儿心脏发育异常提供诊断信息。方法随机选择孕18-40周孕妇300例,分为5组,每组各60例,分别进行超声测量3VT切面上AP角,统计学处理,计算出每组胎儿心脏AP角正常值。结果 18-40孕周AP角正常值为:18-19+6孕周(20.78±2.32)°;20-24+6孕周(21.23±1.56)°;25-29+6孕周(21.66±0.65)°;30-34+6孕周(21.71±1.21)°;35-40孕周(21.86±1.00)°。平均(21.45±1.35)°。结论超声3VT切面进行AP角测量临床价值较大,可确定AP角度是否正常,发现角度异常后,可对胎儿心脏再行全面扫查、多切面观察及系统分析,获得明确的诊断。
Objective To provide diagnostic message for fetal heart dysplasia by exploring the normal value of the included angle of aortic arch and patent ductus arch(AP angle).Methods 300 pregnant women of 18-40μgestational weeks were randomly divided into five groups evenly.The values of AP angle measured through ultrasonic 3VT sections in different groups were statistically treated to get the normal value of fetal AP angle in each group.Results The normal values of AP angle in the groups of 18-19+6,20-24+6,25-29+6,30-34+6,and 35-40 gestational weeks were(20.78±2.32)°,(21.23±1.56)°,(21.66±0.65)°,(21.71±1.21)°and(21.86±1.00)°respectively.The average was(21.45±1.35)°.Conclusion3VT-section Ultrasonic measure of AP-angle value has great clinical value for determining the normal value of AP angle in diagnosing fetal heart dysplasia.
