超声三血管气管切面在鉴别胎儿永存动脉干与主动脉及肺动脉闭锁中的应用研究 被引量：8

摘要 产前超声筛查中可对许多复杂性先天性心脏病在四腔心切面、流出道切面作出诊断，如在胎儿心脏流出道切面上仅见1根增宽的粗大动脉骑跨在室间隔上应考虑可能为永存动脉干，而胎儿主动脉闭锁和肺动脉闭锁因闭锁的动脉细小，又无血流显示，与永存动脉干极其相似，
