摘要
循证医学促进临床医学决策的科学化,同时为现代医学教育提供了新的教学模式。在7年制医学生临床见习、实习、专科培养的不同临床学习阶段,普通外科临床实践医学教学具有不同的阶段性特点。根据不同阶段医学生的教学特点,需要制订循序渐进的阶段性循证思维培养的计划。普通外科循证医学阶段性教学计划包括不同阶段需要掌握的循证医学知识范围、循证思维教学目标、教学方法的选择和教学效果评价的方法。循证临床分阶段教学,可以有效提高外科临床教学效率和效果,应当成为临床教学中重要的组成部分。
Evidence based medicine(EBM) promotes the scientization of clinical decision and provides a new teaching mode for modern medical education. The characteristics of clinical medical teaching of general surgery are different at different clinical stages of noviciate, practice, specialized training for 7-year medical students. It is requisite to make step-by-step EBM thinking training plan according to teaching characteristics of medical students of different clinical stages. Step-by-step EBM teaching plan of general surgery includes EBM knowledge scope needed to master at different teaching stages, teaching objectives of EBM thought, choice of teaching method and evaluation of teaching efficiency. Staging teaching of clinical EBM can effectively improve the effect of clinical teaching of general surgery and it should become an important part of clinical teaching.
