摘要
目前我国普通外科研究生教育存在很多问题,包括“严进宽出”的录取和毕业制度,不合理的传统的教育模式,对素质教育的忽略,浮躁的学术氛围,临床和科研工作的冲突,导致了培养质量的低下。采用的对策有:改革传统的录取和毕业制度,建立导师遴选和考核机制,优化教学模式和课程设置,实行中期考核和淘汰制度,合理的安排临床和科研工作,加强综合素质的教育。
There are several problems in postgraduate education in China. For example, the system of matriculation and graduation, the unreasonable traditional education mode, the ignorer about diathesis education, the flippancy learning atmosphere, and the conflicts between the clinic and scientific re.arch. The possible solutions of these problems include innovating the system of matriculation and graduation, constituting the mechanism of selecting tutors and examination, optimizing the teaching mode and eurrieuhm, implementing the system of washing out and medium term examination, arranging the clinic and scientific research reasonably, and enhancing integrating diathesis education.
