摘要
目的观察复方广金钱草颗粒对肾结石的影响及其利尿、抗炎、镇痛的作用,为其临床应用提供药理学依据。方法采用乙二醇、氯化铵所致大鼠肾结石,生理盐水所致大鼠水负荷,二甲苯致小鼠耳郭肿胀,醋酸所致小鼠疼痛等模型,观察其相应的作用。结果复方广金钱草颗粒能明显防治乙二醇、氯化铵诱发的肾结石形成,使大鼠结石形成率降低;有明显的利尿作用;复方广金钱草颗粒高剂量显著减轻二甲苯致小鼠耳郭肿胀及显著减少醋酸致小鼠扭体次数(P<0.05)。结论复方广金钱草颗粒具有排石、利尿、抗炎、镇痛作用。
Objective To study the effect of complex herba lysmachiae granules on the experimental kidney stone and its diuretic,spasmolytic and anti-inflammatory effects. Methods Ethylene glycol and ammonia chloride were used to establish the rat model of renal calcium oxalate stone. Saline was applied to test water load. Xylene was used to induce mouse ear edema. Acetic acid was used to establish the mouse writhing model. The effect of complex herba lysmachiae granules on these models was measured. Results The number of renal stone formation decreased in complex herba lysmachiae granules-treated groups. This drug also obviously promoted diuretic action in rats,suppressed xylene-caused ear swelling and reduced the number of body torsion in mice. Conclusion Complex herba lysmachiae granules may inhibit kidney stone formation,and show diuretic,anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
