火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定某市化妆品中铅含量 被引量:2

摘要 长期使用含有重金属铅的化妆品,可能影响使用者自身及其后代的身体健康。铅中毒能够引起神经系统、代谢系统和内分泌系统等方面的疾病,严重影响着体内正常的新陈代谢。本文以某市市售化妆品为主要研究对象,采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定化妆品中的铅含量,结果显示5种化妆品的铅含量在2-6mg·kg^-1以内,未超过国家标准所规定的40mg·kg^-1。该方法可用于市售化妆品中铅含量的测定,测得回收率在90.50%-94.0%之间,准确度良好。 With long-term using of cosmetics contained lead, the users themselves and their offspring's health may be affected.Lead poisoning can cause diseases of the nervous system, metabolic system and endocrine system and so on. Those seriously affect the normal metabolism of the body.Based on commercial cosmetics of a city as the main research object,the content of lead in Commercial cosmetics of a city was determined. The results of the study showed that the contents of five kinds of cosmetics lead were obtained within 2-6mg·kg^-1,this testing result didn't exceed the national standard which demanded the content lead was 40mg·kg^-1. This method can be used for the determination of lead in cosmetics market,the measured recovery rate was between 90.50% - 94.0%,the accuracy of this method is good.
