摘要
目的:调查云南省10年间的化妆品卫生质量,为今后更好地进行化妆品的卫生管理提供依据。方法:对云南省1996～2005年化妆品的检测资料进行分析,检测方法依据GB7917及《化妆品卫生规范》进行。结果:共检测化妆品理化指标1 494件,合格1 461件,合格率97.8%;其中省内产品1 264件,合格1 234件,合格率97.6%;省外产品182件,合格178件,合格率97.8%;省内产品与省外产品合格率无显著性差别(2χ=0.38,P>0.05)。结论:应加强对化妆品的经常性监督,尽快建立禁用、限用物质的检测方法。
Objective：To investigate the cosmetics hygienic quality during the 10 years in Yunnan Province to provide a sound basis for further hygienic management. Methods： Data of the cosmetics detecting from 1996 to 2005 in Yunnan Province were col- lected and analyzed. Detecting method was according to GB7917 and hygienic standard for cosmetics. Resuits：A total of 1 494 samples were detected and 1 461 samples were qualified and qualified rate was 97. 8%. 1 264 samples in province were detected; qualified rate was 97. 6%. 182 samples outside the province were detected;qualified rate was 97. 8%. There was no significant difference （χ^2 =0. 38 ,P 〉0. 05 ）. Conclusion ：The regular surveillance for cosmetics should be strengthened. It is necessary to establish the examination method for forbidden matter and being limited to use matter as soon as possible.
