船载交流伺服系统检测平台可视化设计与实现 被引量:1

摘要 为进一步适应高频率出海任务,实现船载交流伺服电机的机下检测,设计并实现了船载交流伺服系统检测平台。简单介绍船载交流伺服系统检测平台工作原理,提出实现平台可视化的可行性;利用3DMAX建模软件和Unity3D仿真软件实现卫通天线三维建模、动态仿真及数据交互等关键技术;最后搭建船载交流伺服系统检测平台,测试和验证了数据交互和平台可视化的可靠性。 In order to further adapt to the high-frequency sea task and realize the under-machine detection of AC servo motor onboard,the visualization on detection platform for shipborne AC servo system is designed and implemented.This paper briefly introduces the working principle of detection platform for shipborne AC servo system and analyzes the feasibility of visualizing platform.Then the key technologies such as three-dimensional modeling,dynamic simulation and data interaction of the antenna are implemented by using simulation software Unity3 D and modeling software 3DMAX.Finally,the detection platform for shipborne AC servo system is built and the reliability of data exchange and platform visualization are tested and verified.
